    Peeled outer skin of pistachio is roasted at 150ºC with addition max. 0.9% salt after pre-sieving and sorting. Desired size and pack of pistachio are delivered to customer after roasting.

    Peeled outer skin of pistachio is dried at 100ºC until 6% of moisture content provided. Roasting is applied according to customer demands after drying. Generally, American and Spanish markets prefer this type of pistachio.

    Produced by chopping red pistachio kernels many times. It can be produced as desired size ranged between 1 to 5 mm and moisture. Used in chocolate, halva and ice-cream sectors. Used for decoration of some products.

    Mawardi Pistachio Kernels

    Mawardi Pistachio Kernels

    Harvested between 15 and 30th August and shell is separated. The kernels are coarse and 70% are green. Used in halva and ice-cream sectors. Contain less amount of oil.

    Sliced Mawardi Pistachio

    Used to decorate sweet products. Mawardi pistachio is sliced between 0.70-1.40 mm in size. The taste and perspective of product are increased by adding this type over the products like Cezerye, Deligth, Halva, and Cake.

ANTEP PISTACHIO

The name of our country, where most are grown in Gaziantep, pistachio tree, called fat and thin-shelled. Pistachios are a nutrient nutritional value and high in calories but contain plenty of protein and minerals. It is especially rich in B1 vitamins, B2 vitamins, E vitamins and C vitamins, and potassium, magnesium, calcium, phosphorus and iron minerals.

Antep Pistachio has many uses. It is consumed as nuts. A variety of desserts such as baklava, chocolate, halva, ice cream and salami are the most used areas.
